You may request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered if:

- There is no evidence of misuse, abuse, or fraudulent intent.
Please note:
- Downloadable products (such as strategy charts or files permanently downloaded to your device) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
- For video packs, learning pathways, and online courses, TBP Solutions LLC reserves the right to deny refunds if the majority of the material has already been viewed or completed.
- Any evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or chargeback manipulation will result in immediate denial of refund and possible account suspension.
